Granulation equipment refers to the shredding machines and grinding machines used in the material handling facility to shear materials into a certain size for reprocessing. These machines feature a rotary grinding mechanism to shred materials. The granulator consists of a roller (or multiple rollers) with blades on the outer diameter. A power unit (usually a motor) serves as the drive to rotate the roller so that when materials are fed through the roller, the blades shred them into granules. The granules will then fall into a collector or a delivery system, based on the arrangement of the processing line, for further processes. The WS-720D Lump Granulator is designed for lump material processing. The optional granulation equipment such as a dust collector and the soundproof box is available.
